Job Title: Senior Employment Law Advisor – Member Contact Centre
Location: London OR Coventry (hybrid)
Salary: £43,128 (plus inner London weighting of £3,255)
Job type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week (Working hours are between 8:00am-6:00pm on a shift basis)

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Employment Law Advisor to join our Member Contact Centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and advising individuals and representing their cases with employers for issues such as grievances and disciplinary meetings to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience with providing employment law advise and a passion for working for a Trade Union.
