Executive Assistant – Defence Team
Based – London, Victoria
Contract – Permanent
Hours – 35 hours a week
Salary - £29,089 per annum plus £3,160 ILW
About the role
Prospect is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant within our Defence Sector. You will be part of a team assisting our members in both the public and private sectors. You may also be required to work across our negotiating areas, subject to fluctuating workloads.
Our officers are largely mobile, spending a considerable amount of time out of the office, so need reliable and accurate support to ensure they offer the best service possible to our members.
You will need to have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills to ensure the highest level of service is provided to Prospect Members and to the team around you.
