The vacancy
Digital Projects Officer
Based – Waterloo, London (Hybrid)
Contract – Full Time (35 hours per week) - Permanent
Salary - £40,262 plus London weighting of £3,160 per annum.
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic digital professional with a great track record in undertaking a range of digital projects. Prospect is investing in and modernising the tools and platforms we use, including those we offer to our volunteers to support their work. We have an ambitious roadmap for change that you will be critical to helping deliver.
The Digital Project Officer role is part of our Digital team which forms part of our wider Communications and Public Affairs function. You will be working closely with colleagues in our IT and membership teams and with our volunteer representatives.
You’ll be keen to find digital solutions to a range of problems and act as a champion for users, discovering and delivering what they need. You’ll also be confident training them to use new systems to their full effect and applying best practice to meet organisational goals.
To best achieve this, you will have experience of working with CMS, CRMs and email marketing tools.
