Technology Officer
Waterloo, London office
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
12 month fixed term contract
£31,513 (+ £3,160 Inner London Weighting)
Prospect is a Trade Union representing over 100,000 professional, managerial and technical staff in a range of occupations in science, engineering, energy and the environment across the public and private sectors. We employ over 150 staff, many in our main headquarters in London, but also in our offices in the English regions, Wales and Scotland.
As a Technology Officer at Prospect, you will be providing 1st line support across Prospect’s head office and regional offices by providing remote technical support, helping with new kit setup, onboarding new software, and adapting ways of working. You will deliver excellent user support and work with users to find a resolution to their issues through building good working relationships with colleagues.
The post will suit someone who enjoys dealing with a variety of Information system issues from network and helpdesk queries to telephones and procurement and supporting people at work.
