Executive Assistant

The vacancy
Based – Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Contract – 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Salary - £27,186 per annum
35 hours per week.
Prospect is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support negotiating officers based in our Lutterworth office. This is a 12 month fixed term position with a 35 hour working week. You will need to have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills to ensure the highest level of service is provided to Prospect Members and to the team around you.
Specifically, applicants should have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong team working skills
- Comprehensive administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Experience dealing with expenses
- Strong IT skills, including use of MS Teams, Zoom with the ability to pick up new digital platforms quickly
- Ability to solve problems in a professional manner
- Influencing skills
- Ability to follow processes and systems
- Understanding of GDPR and maintaining confidentiality
